What it is
The Moose Offroad WHEEL SPACER STEEL FRONT KTM, wheel spacers. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
These steel front spacers are engineered for the demanding conditions of enduro and MX. They sit on the front axle, providing the interface between the hub seals and the fork lugs. This part replaces OEM references 54809012000 and 78009012000. Steel construction is superior for resisting the abrasive wear that creates grooves in the spacer surface. Once grooved, the seal is ineffective, leading to rapid bearing wear. These are essential for any front-end rebuild. Ensure the axle is clean and the spacers are fully seated against the bearings to maintain correct fork alignment.
