This 270mm front rotor provides a significant increase in leverage over standard sizes. The floating design allows the outer ring to expand independently of the carrier, preventing warping during high-temperature race conditions. It is a vital upgrade for MX and fast enduro where heavy braking is constant. You will likely require a relocation bracket to accommodate the increased diameter. The floating pins ensure the pads maintain flat contact even as the disc heats up. Bed this in with new pads to ensure maximum performance from the first lap.
