This component mounts directly to your rear hub to manage final drive delivery. Machined from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium, it significantly reduces unsprung weight over standard steel units. Replace your sprocket when the teeth show signs of hooking or thinning to prevent chain jump. Pair this with a new chain to avoid premature wear on the fresh teeth. Always use new sprocket bolts and medium-strength thread lock when mounting to the hub. Verify chain slack and wheel alignment after torquing the axle nut. This is a critical service item for any race-spec MX or enduro build.
