This heavy-duty 14-inch tube fits wider junior rear tyres such as the 90/100-14. The thicker rubber construction is ideal for aggressive track use and hard enduro. It provides a significant barrier against pinch flats when running lower pressures for traction. Replace the tube if it shows signs of age or after a major puncture. Check your rim lock is tight to prevent the tyre from moving on the rim. Use talc to help the tube settle into the tyre carcass during the inflation process.
