This bearing sits in the small end of your connecting rod to support the gudgeon pin. It handles extreme reciprocating loads at high RPM. Replace this part every time you swap your piston. Wear here causes audible top-end rattle and can eventually ovalise the rod eye. These needle roller units are built to exact dimensions for a perfect fit with your rod and piston pin. Use a dedicated assembly lube during the install. Never reuse an old bearing with a new piston kit. It is a small cost for engine peace of mind.
