These main bearings support the crankshaft within the crankcases. They endure constant high-RPM loads and intense heat cycles during a race heat. Replace them during any full strip-down or if you detect lateral play in the crank. Worn bearings cause excessive vibration and can lead to air leaks or total engine failure. Ensure the cases are heated and the bearings are chilled for a proper interference fit during installation. These match OEM specifications for a direct drop-in fitment.
