What it is
The RENTHAL RENTHAL 22MM RC 971 TIT, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
The 971 is one of Renthal's most-fitted 7/8" bends, a low-to-mid rise that pulls the cockpit back slightly for an upright stance. This is the 22mm standard diameter, so it drops into stock clamps on a long list of Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha trail and MX bikes, from the CR and CRF range to the DR-Z and KDX. Crossbar braced with a pad. Shot-peened for fatigue resistance under race loads. Titanium-grey anodised finish. Replace any bar that shows a bend after a heavy hit rather than running it on. Check your clamp diameter before you order.
