What it is

The SCAR RUBBER KILLER RED, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Machined aluminium bushings for Suzuki RM and RM-Z triple clamps, fitted in place of the stock rubber cones. Rubber mounts flex under steering load and twist after a crash, which leaves the bars feeling vague. These remove that movement and tie the bars hard to the forks for cleaner feedback through a corner. A common upgrade on the RM 125, RM 250, RM-Z 250 and 450 where riders want direct control over vibration damping. Push out the old inserts and press these in during a routine front-end strip.
