This roller sits on the frame to manage chain slack and prevent frame contact. Bearings inside the roller eventually seize or develop play from pressure washing and grit. A failed roller causes excessive noise and can lead to chain snagging. This unit is a direct replacement for 2022 onwards YZ models. It uses sealed bearings to extend service life in British mud. Installation is a simple bolt-on job during your routine maintenance. Ensure the mounting bolt is torqued correctly to prevent vibration loss.
