Fork guards sit on the lower fork tubes and take the hits your stanchions can't. Roost, kicked-up flint, scrub-line pegs: a nicked fork leg shreds seals on the next compression stroke, and a fresh seal job on TC 85 forks is a wasted afternoon you don't need. These are cut for the 85 chassis only, with mounting tabs that match the small-wheel TC 85 17/14 and big-wheel TC 85 19/16 axle lugs and brake line routing. Bolts straight on with the existing hardware. Cheap insurance against the next ride pulling the forks apart.
