UFO's CRF-spec fork slider protectors clip the lower fork legs on the 49mm Showa coil-spring fork shared across the CRF250R, CRF450R and 450RX. They take the stone hits before the chrome does. A single deep nick on a stanchion will shred a fork seal inside a session and put oil down your front tyre by the next moto. Bolt-on fitment to the lower lug mounts, no drilling, no shimming. Check brake-line and ABS-sensor routing on the left leg before final torque. Swap them when the leading edge cracks or goes chalky from UV. Cheaper than seals, much cheaper than a re-chrome.
