The UFO FORK SLIDER PROTECTORS KTM 85SX BLACK, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Lower-leg covers for the 85SX's WP forks. Stones and roost from the front wheel hammer the slider where the seal rides; a single deep gouge wrecks oil seals within a session. These clip onto the fork-leg shoulder over the OEM plastics and follow the factory mounting points on SX 85 17/14, SX 85 19/16, SX 105, XC 85 and XC 105 chassis. Quick swap with the wheel out. Inspect the slider surface for pitting before refitting; if the chrome is scored, a new guard won't save the seal. Cheap insurance against a fork rebuild.
