What it is

The UFO FORK SLIDER PROTECTORS SUZUKI RMZ NEUTRAL, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

UFO's lower-leg protectors for the RM-Z 250. Two moulded panels that clamp the outer fork tube and shield the slider from roost. The slider is the bottom half of the fork — the casting that holds the axle and houses the seal. Pit it badly enough and the seal head wipes against scarred aluminium on every stroke, and you're back into a fork rebuild. Bolts to the existing OEM mount points. Neutral colour suits a rebuild where you've already binned the original graphics. Swap them when they crack or go chalky from UV.
