What it is

The UFO FORK SLIDER PROTECTORS YAMAHA YZ/YZF REFLEX-BLUE, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Bolt-on shin guards for the lower fork legs on YZ125, YZ125X, YZ250, YZ250X, YZ250F and YZ450F. The lower casting takes the hits, not the chrome stanchion above it — but roost, flint and trail debris still pepper the slider face and chew the lacquer. UFO's moulding hugs the OEM profile so the rebound bleeder and brake-line guide clear without trimming. Fits the KYB SSS spring fork and the air-spring AOS. Swap them at the same interval as your fork seals. Lift, two M6 bolts a side, done. Reflex blue for the YZ chassis.
