The UFO FORK SLIDER PROTECTORS YAMAHA YZF250/450 BLACK, fork guards. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Lower-leg covers for the inverted KYB SSS forks on the YZ/YZF range. They clamp around the outer tube and shield the casting from roost, footpeg strikes and stone hits thrown up off rutted starts. The lower leg is what your seal rides against on every stroke. Score it and the new seal weeps within an hour. Fitment covers YZ 125 and 250 two-strokes plus YZ 250F, 250FX, 450F and 450FX four-strokes. Bolts to the existing brake-line guide tabs on the lower leg. No drilling. Swap them every couple of seasons once the plastic dulls and starts to crack at the clamp.
