The UFO FORK SLIDER PROTECTORS, fork guards. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Sized specifically for the TC 85 17/14 and 19/16 big-wheel chassis, so the brake-line guide and mounting bosses line up with the WP fork lugs on the 85cc platform. Job of the guard is simple. Take the roost hit instead of the lower stanchion, and keep grit out of the wiper that eats fork seals. Two bolts a side, axle-lug mount, OEM hardware refits. Replace them when they crack or chew through, usually after a stone strike or a low-side. Standard swap during a plastics refresh on a junior race bike.
