Holeshot device built into the left fork guard. Compress the forks on the line, hook the pin, and the front end stays locked until the first hard hit releases it. Lower centre of gravity off the gate, less front-wheel lift, cleaner drive to the first turn. Mounts to the slider on the YZ 125, YZ 250, YZ 250 F, YZ 250 FX, YZ 250 X, YZ 450 F and YZ 450 FX using the standard fork guard bolts. Twin-chamber KYB SSS forks only. Align the locking pin square to the stanchion before you torque it down or the trigger will bind. Race part. The guard itself still does its day job, taking stone strikes off the lower tube.
