What it is

The UFO RAD COVERS KX450 24- GN, side panels. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

These UFO shrouds replace the stock radiator covers on the 2024-on KX 450 and KX 450 X. They sit either side of the tank, channel air through the radiator cores and take the load every time you grip with your knees. Boot friction wears the finish and side impacts crack the OEM plastic, which leaves the cores exposed in a tip-over. This is the green version, moulded to OEM mounting points. Clear every tab and bolt hole of grit before fitting so the panel seats flush and doesn't stress-crack around a fastener.
