Replacement radiator covers for the 2025-on KTM SX 85. Their job is twofold: deflect roost and strikes away from the cores, and channel air through the rads to hold engine temps in check under load. They take the brunt in any tip-over, so cracked or scuffed plastics are routine on a raced 85. Moulded to the 2025 frame and tank profile, they locate on the factory mounting points using your existing bolts. Replace yours when the shell splits or the venting fills with packed mud.
