It sits in the crankcase, connecting the piston to the crank webs. Replace this during a full engine overhaul or if the big-end shows signs of heat discolouration or play. The kit includes the rod, big-end pin, and bearing. Precision pressing and truing are required to ensure smooth rotation. It is designed to withstand the high RPMs of competitive youth racing.
