This forged component links the piston to the crankshaft to handle the vertical loads of every stroke. Replace this part when you detect play in the big-end bearing or wear in the small-end bore. It serves as a direct replacement for OEM part 5MV-11651-00-00. Installation requires splitting the crankcases and using a hydraulic press to separate the crank webs. Ensure the crank is trued precisely after assembly to prevent vibration. This kit provides the necessary pin and bearings for a complete bottom-end refresh.
