What it is

Wossner forged steel replacement connecting rod to fit Kawasaki KX100 (2001); Yamaha YZ80 (1993–2001); Yamaha YZ80LW (1994–2001); Yamaha YZ85LW (2002–2017); Yamaha YZ85SW (2002–2018).

This forged component links the piston to the crankshaft to handle the vertical loads of every stroke. Replace this part when you detect play in the big-end bearing or wear in the small-end bore. It serves as a direct replacement for OEM part 4ES-11651-10-00. Installation requires splitting the crankcases and using a hydraulic press to separate the crank webs. Ensure the crank is trued precisely after assembly to prevent vibration. This kit provides the necessary pin and bearings for a complete bottom-end refresh.
