This Evo-spec filter uses a triple-layer foam construction for superior filtration in the finest dust. It is designed for riders pushing their EX450F in harsh desert or sand conditions. The bonded layers prevent dirt from reaching the intake even under heavy load. Check the seal against the airbox every time you fit it. Replace the filter if the foam begins to perish or lose its shape after multiple washes. This is a dry filter that requires thorough oiling before installation to ensure maximum protection for your top-end.
