Heidenau's 18F tube sits in standard rear enduro and trail wheels. The 34G angled valve clears most rim setups without fouling the disc side, and the wider F-section profile suits enduro-spec rear rubber. Swap the tube every time you change a tyre. The carcass heat-cycles the rubber until it cracks at the seams, and an old tube under fresh tread is how you end up walking. Check the rim tape sits flat over every spoke nipple before you drop the tube in. Soap the bead, soap the tube, work the levers slow. Standard wall, standard weight.
