Foam donuts that sit against the inner flange where the bar meets your hand. That flange is what rubs a blister raw over a long day, and the multi-density foam puts a soft buffer between the two. They thread onto the bar before the controls and grips go on, so fit them at the same time you set up new grips. A sensible bit of kit for hard enduro or any race where your hands never stop moving. Swap them once the foam packs down and stops springing back.
