Achieving the right balance between static and rider sag is impossible with the wrong rate. This coil fits your rear shock, providing the necessary resistance for your weight. It sits on the main shock body and controls the initial and mid-stroke support. If you find the rear end bottoming out on jump faces or G-outs, a firmer rate is often the solution. This part is a direct replacement for the factory coil. Always measure your sag after installation to ensure the chassis geometry is optimised for your riding style.
