What it is

The Moose Offroad Stainless Steel Braided Brake Line, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Replace your factory hose with this braided version to improve braking consistency. It is a direct replacement for OEM part A54013070000. Rubber lines expand under heat and pressure, leading to a spongy lever feel. This stainless steel line prevents that expansion, offering a more direct link between the master cylinder and caliper. The braided outer provides excellent resistance to abrasion. Use new crush washers for the installation. Ensure the hose is routed to avoid any contact with moving suspension parts. Bleed the circuit to ensure a firm, reliable bite.
