Moose run this as the workhorse tube for small-wheel 85s pushed wider on a 14-inch rear. TR-4 straight stem clears most rim-lock setups without fouling the bead. Fit it during every tyre change once the carcass comes off — old tubes thin out under heat and chafe through where the lock bites. Dust it with talc before you seat the bead, work the levers slow, and pinch-check at the valve before you pump. Set your rim tape clean over the spoke nipples first. Run the pressure you race, not what's printed on the sidewall.
