This slider protects the swingarm from chain wear at the pivot point. It sits directly behind the front sprocket and takes the brunt of chain slap and friction. Mud and grit will eventually wear down the plastic, making regular inspection necessary to protect your swingarm. This fitment is specific to the latest generation chassis.
