This chain slider sits on the front of the swingarm near the pivot point. It protects the aluminium swingarm from constant chain rub. This is a consumable part that must be replaced before the chain wears through to the metal. Check the thickness of the plastic during your regular service intervals. This unit replaces the OEM slider on your RM. It is designed to withstand the high-speed friction of a race chain. Installation is straightforward using your existing mounting points. Ensure the slider is seated correctly to prevent premature wear or chain drag.
