The BARNETT CLUTCH FRICTION PLATE KEVLAR EACH, clutch. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
This individual Kevlar friction plate is a performance upgrade for your clutch pack. Kevlar construction provides exceptional durability and heat resistance, making it ideal for the constant slipping required in technical enduro or heavy MX starts. These plates replace your worn OEM friction discs. When the clutch starts to drag or slip, it is time to measure the plate thickness against service specs. Replacing with Kevlar ensures a longer service interval and better torque transfer. Ensure you check your steel plates for warping or bluing while the clutch is disassembled. Soak in oil before fitting.
