Standard-wall rear tube for the 19-inch hoop on most modern motocrossers. TR-4 valve, narrow profile, no surprises. Fit it behind a fresh tyre, dust the casing with talc, and torque your rim lock properly before the valve gets dragged round the rim. Pump to your usual race pressure and keep an eye on it after the first session. Honest replacement rubber for mid-season wheel rebuilds, post-rock-strike fixes, or when the old one's lost a pound overnight and you can't find the puncture. Carry a spare in the van.
