Standard-wall MX rear tube on a TR-4 valve, sized for 19-inch rims running the wider 100/110 carcasses you'll find on most 250F and 450 race bikes. Drop it in when the old one shows cracking, weeping at the valve base, or after a pinch flat off a square edge. Check your rim tape covers every nipple before you fit. Talc the inside of the tyre, slick the bead with tyre soap, and seat the valve square through the rim hole before you crack the levers in. Torque the lock ring last, after the tyre's beaded.
