What it is
The PRO BOLT Titanium Flanged Axle Nut M16x(1.50mm) Swingarm Pivot Natural, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
Grade-5 titanium, so roughly 40% lighter than the OEM steel nut it replaces. M16x1.50 thread pitch; fits the Suzuki DR-Z 400 S, RM 125, RM 250 and RM-Z 250 swingarm pivot and rear axle positions. The flanged seat spreads clamping load evenly — no need for a separate washer. Thread form is machined clean, which matters on titanium: sloppy threads gall, and a galled pivot nut is not a trackside fix. Torque to spec, apply a smear of anti-seize on assembly, and it'll come off cleanly at the next pivot or chain service.
