This top-end kit is a direct alternative to OEM part 5TG-11631-00. The 94.96mm B-size is intended for 4-stroke cylinders with slight wear that need a larger diameter to maintain correct tolerances. It sits in the bore to manage the combustion cycle and power delivery. Over time, piston skirts wear and ring tension drops, necessitating replacement. The kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. Always measure your bore with a micrometer before selecting a size. Proper lubrication of the gudgeon pin is essential during the workshop rebuild.
