Terms & conditions
The contract between you and us when you buy from this site.
About these terms
By placing an order on ironoffroad.co.uk, you accept these terms. They cover the contract between you and us, what you can expect when you buy, and where the line falls between our responsibility and yours.
Who we are
Iron Offroad is a trading name of Iron Stable Ltd (Company No. 17061294), registered at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. Orders are picked and shipped from our Leeds workshop.
Orders and contract
When you place an order, you're making us an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we email confirmation. Until then, we can decline an order — usually because of a stock or pricing error, but we don't have to give a reason.
If we discover a clear pricing mistake after you order, we'll contact you with the correct price before we ship. You're free to cancel.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe. We accept the major card networks plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Delivery, title, and risk
Shipping rates and timings are on the shipping page. Title in the goods passes to you on delivery. Risk passes to you when the courier hands the parcel over.
Cancellation and returns
You have the standard 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer regulations. The detail on how to return, what we'll refund, and what we won't is on the returns page.
Fitment is your call
Fitment data on this site comes from our vendor (Parts Europe) and is verified where possible. It's a guide, not a guarantee — vendor data can be wrong or out of date, and a small number of OEM part numbers cross-reference more than one fitment table. Final responsibility for picking the right part for your bike sits with you.
Where it matters, check the OEM part number on your bike against the one we list. Your owner manual or a competent mechanic is the authority. If in doubt, open a ticket before you order.
OEM-equivalent and aftermarket parts
Where a part is described as "OEM-equivalent" or "aftermarket replacement", it's intended as a functional substitute. We don't represent these parts as manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer. Genuine OEM parts are listed as such where we stock them.
Installation
Brakes, suspension, fuelling, and any electrical part affecting engine management or ignition should be fitted by a qualified mechanic. Iron Offroad isn't liable for damage or injury arising from incorrect installation.
Manufacturer warranties
Parts come with the original manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — typically 12 months, longer for some brands. We coordinate the warranty claim on your behalf: raise it with us first, we'll work with the importer to assess and replace if appropriate. Wear, crash damage, and incorrect fitting are not warranty events.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that can't be excluded under UK law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is capped at the price you paid for the goods that gave rise to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
