Returns & refunds

If a part isn't right for your bike, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. A handful of categories don't come back once they've been bolted up — those are flagged below before anything else.

Some parts can't be returned once installed

Electrical components (CDIs, stators, ignition coils, wiring harnesses) are non-returnable once installed. The manufacturer can't re-test them once they've seen voltage. Plastics with bolt-hole impressions, used air filters, and opened brake pads or rotors fall in the same bucket.

Check the OEM part number against your bike before you start the install.

Standard returns

Within 14 days of delivery you can return any part provided it's:

  • Unused and uninstalled.
  • In its original packaging with manufacturer labels intact.
  • Free of marks, scuffs, or workshop dust.
  • Not in the "non-returnable once installed" bucket above.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the item price. Outbound shipping is non-refundable. Return postage is at your expense unless we sent the wrong thing or the part arrived faulty.

How to start a return

Open a ticket first. That puts your order number, the item, and your reason in one place, and gives you a written record of the conversation.

  1. Open a return ticket on the contact page and choose Returns or refund.
  2. Include your order reference and the item(s) you're sending back.
  3. We reply with a return reference and confirm the address.
  4. Mark the reference clearly on the outside of the parcel.
  5. Use a tracked, insured service. Packaging matters. A shock landing on its shaft in transit is not a return-condition shock.

Return address

Wait for the return reference before posting. We'll confirm the current address in the reply, since workshop logistics can shift week to week. Returns sent without a reference can sit unmatched for days while we work out which order they belong to.

// Before dispatch

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before dispatch. Open a ticket and we'll refund in full. After dispatch, treat it as a return.

If the order qualified for free shipping and the cancellation drops the total below the £100 threshold, the original shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within seven working days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Allow up to 21 days end-to-end including bank processing time.

// Damage

Damaged or wrong on arrival

Inspect your parcel at delivery. If a part arrives with crash-damage, transit cuts, or anything that wasn't there when it left us, photograph it before unpacking further and open a ticket the same day. We arrange collection and either replace or refund.

If we sent the wrong product, the wrong size, or the wrong part number, we cover the return shipping and ship the correct item or refund.

// Warranty

Manufacturer warranty

Parts come with the original manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Typically 12 months, longer for some brands (Wiseco, ProX, FMF, Renthal — check the supplier doc at the point of claim). If a fault appears in normal use, raise it with us first. We coordinate the warranty claim with the importer and arrange replacement if accepted.

Warranty does not cover wear, crash damage, incorrect fitting, or use beyond the part's intended application (race-only parts on the road, mismatched pairings, etc.).

None of the above limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
