This oversize kit is designed for PW50 cylinders that require a rebore due to scoring or significant wear. Increasing the bore to 40mm restores the sealing surface and brings the engine back to life. It is a critical fix for older bikes where the original bore is compromised. The kit contains the piston, rings, pin, and clips. Your cylinder must be machined to match this specific diameter. Check port chamfers after boring to prevent ring snagging. Always use fresh gaskets and a new small-end bearing to complete the rebuild.
