If you notice coolant in the oil or a leak from the weep hole, the internal seals require replacement. This kit contains the bearings and seals needed to rebuild the pump assembly. Heat cycles and environmental contaminants eventually wear down the rubber and metal components. During installation, check the impeller shaft for any mechanical damage or grooves. A worn shaft will compromise the new seals immediately. These components meet OEM specifications for a reliable fit. Thoroughly clean the housing and mating surfaces to ensure the cooling system operates at full pressure.
