This nylon pre-filter acts as an additional barrier against sand and fine dust. It sits directly over your primary oiled foam filter. Use this for beach races or deep sand tracks to prevent the main filter from loading up prematurely. It extends your service interval during a race weekend. The coarse mesh allows air to pass while trapping larger particles before they reach the foam. Fitment is specific to your filter cage shape.
