Yamaha's DT 125 MX is an air-cooled trail thumper running monoshock rear suspension. Look after the top end: pull the barrel, check piston and ring wear, and don't skip the small-end bearing. Fork seals weep when the stanchions pit, so dress them or replace them. Clutch and throttle cables stretch and fray with green-lane use. Brake shoes glaze. Sort it, ride it.
