This gasket seals the interface between the exhaust header and the cylinder head port. It is a crush-style component designed to deform and create a gas-tight seal upon installation. Heat cycles and vibration eventually compromise the seal, leading to carbon buildup and performance loss. This part is a single-use item and must be replaced whenever the exhaust is removed. It cross-references with OEM numbers 110610082 and 18291286000. Proper fitment prevents air leaks that cause popping on deceleration and ensures your bike maintains correct back pressure.
