Feel is equivalent to roughly 0.8 to 1.0 bar. No air means no punctures and no mid-race flat. Fit it with plenty of mousse gel; a dry install builds friction heat, and heat is what kills the foam. Treat it as a consumable. Inspect at every tyre change and bin it once it starts to soften.
