What it is

The Moose Offroad LEFT LOWER FORK LEG GUARD 6061-T6 BILLET ALUMINUM, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Machined from 6061-T6 billet, this guard caps the vulnerable lower lug on the left fork leg. The axle casting takes the worst of the rock strikes in technical enduro, and a gouged lower is an expensive lower. It bolts to the standard mounting points on the casting, no modification. Weight is negligible, so unsprung mass and damping action stay where you set them. Broad fitment across KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Sherco, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Suzuki dirt platforms. Cheap insurance against a ride-ending hit in a rock garden.
