Rebuild parts for a Kawasaki master cylinder: the piston, cup seals and spring that ride inside the bore and move fluid when you pull the lever. Covers the KX two-strokes and four-strokes, from the KX 85 and KX 100 up to the KX 250 F and KX 450 F. A long lever throw or fluid seeping past the plunger means the seals have gone. Hone marks or scoring in the bore mean the cylinder itself is done, so check first. Lube the seals in fresh fluid before they go in. Brings lever or pedal feel back to standard.
