This aluminium sprocket cuts unsprung weight at the rear hub for sharper handling and faster acceleration. Machined from 7075-T6 alloy, it offers a significant weight saving over standard steel units. Replace this part when teeth begin to hook or when fitting a fresh chain to prevent premature wear. Changing the tooth count allows you to tune your bike for technical enduro sections or fast MX tracks. Always use new sprocket bolts and a medium-strength thread lock. Ensure the rear wheel is perfectly aligned to avoid uneven wear on the chain rollers and sprocket face.
