Renthal's Traction Ultra runs a directional ridge pattern that sheds mud and bites into your gloves under drive and braking. The ridges angle to lock the palm in place rather than letting it creep. Traditional glue-on design for riders who want the slim feel of rubber straight onto the bar, so wire them and let the adhesive set before a wet round. The compound stays tacky soaked through, which earns its keep in a British winter. Swap them out once the ridges round off and the bite goes.
