Full rebuild for the CR250R in one part number: crank, main bearings, forged piston and a complete gasket set. The sensible route on a high-hour engine, or after a top-end let go and sent debris through the cases. New crank against new bearings means every clearance starts at zero. Split the cases, clean them properly, and de-coke the power valve while the cylinder is off. Wiseco forge their pistons, so it takes heat and detonation better than the cast original.
