This forged piston serves as a direct replacement for your top-end. It is designed for standard bores or cylinders requiring a minor tolerance adjustment after a hone. Regular replacement prevents skirt fatigue and maintains peak compression. If your bike is losing power or has high hours, a new piston is the primary fix. Check the ring gap before installation. The arrow on the crown must point toward the exhaust port. This kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. Always fit a new small-end bearing and gaskets during the rebuild.
