The Sherco 2.5 250 is a proper national-level two-stroke trials weapon. The 250 top end works hard. Plan piston swaps before compression drops off and you start losing crisp throttle response on the big steps. Keep eyes on the water pump seal and radiator hoses. A weep there cooks the motor fast. Catch it early.
